At DEUSIM BBS, every framed poster is more than art—it is a limited-edition legacy, hand-signed, numbered, and crafted to endure. Because of the exclusivity and archival quality of our prints, we encourage careful selection before purchase.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- To qualify, items must be unused, in pristine condition, and in original packaging.
- Customized, hand-signed, or limited-edition items are non-returnable, reflecting their collector’s value.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- Approved returns will receive a full refund, excluding original shipping costs.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are offered only for defective or damaged items.
- To request an exchange, please contact us at deusimbbs@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged or defective.
- We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, to ensure your collector’s piece remains flawless.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your limited-edition print.
