Welcome to DEUSIM BBS. By accessing or using our Shopify store, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General

DEUSIM BBS sells limited-edition, archival-quality framed posters of iconic figures and innovators. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing collectible art pieces intended for personal use and display.

2. Orders

  • All orders are subject to product availability.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service to any customer.
  • Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice.

3. Payment

  • Payment must be made at the time of purchase.
  • We accept payments via Shopify Payments and other approved payment providers.
  • Your payment information is processed securely; DEUSIM BBS does not store full credit card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and carriers are provided at checkout.
  • DEUSIM BBS is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs processes.
  • Signature may be required for delivery of high-value items.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in original condition, unused, and unaltered.
  • Customized, hand-signed, or limited-edition items are non-returnable except for defective or damaged goods.
  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Refunds and exchanges are processed per our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, images, and materials on the DEUSIM BBS store are owned by or licensed to DEUSIM BBS.
  • No portion of the store may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • DEUSIM BBS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or purchase of products.
  • Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DEUSIM BBS operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
  • Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.
